After your order is placed, you will receive an update of your order (order status, shipment status, payment processing) via email you gave during the checkout process.

Currently, we sell our items exclusively on AutumnEnchanted.com and Amazon.com. Some retailers also offer Autumn Enchanted designs. However, we cannot ensure quality as well as the authenticity of that items. In case you suspected a possible counterfeit design or knock-offs Autumn Enchanted products, we would be grateful if you contact us clientcare@autumnenchanted.com">HERE.

Currently, we ship via Amazon Fulfillment Service (Next Day Priority Shipping) to U.S. and Canada. As a convenience for our customers, we offer complimentary Next Day shipping on domestic orders. However, even though it is said 'Next Day' delivery, in some cases such as high seasons, your order might expect to delay. You will get update email once your order is shipped.

Your order should arrive next day after shipping if ordered by 1:00 PM (ET). Please note that orders placed after 1:00 PM (ET) on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will be processed on Monday and should arrive next business day after shipping. Saturday Sunday, and Holiday delivery is not available. A signature will be required for all shipments at the time of delivery.

For orders ship to Canada, please spare an extra 1-2 days for delivery. While we offer complimentary shipping to Canada, custom and duty fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery to International Destinations

At this time, we only allow online orders for U.S. and Canadian addresses. It is not possible to specify any other international destination. International customers interest in Autumn Enchanted, please contact HERE.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly hear you out by contacting us HERE.

In case you want to returns, you can choose to deny received when your order arrived. All returns must be unaltered, unworn, and in saleable condition including the seal. After we received and inspected the return items, we will refund within 14 days. All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

*Please note that used merchandise will not be accepted for refund or exchange unless defective during delivery.

Autumn Enchanted jewelry is well crafted by our experienced jewelry smith. Air pollutants, dust, perspiration, perfumes, and other natural elements can dull the appearance of gemstones or precious metals.  Because of this, it is always good practice to wipe down your jewelry with cotton cloth after wear.

Additionally, jewelry should be professionally cleaned and inspected once a year.  Periodic inspection and maintenance of jewelry help prevent costly repairs or replacements. Personally inspect your jewelry as you wear it by looking for loose or chipped stones, worn links, bent prongs, or malfunctioning clasps.

Autumn Enchanted Jewelry is made by master craftsmen and - if cared for properly - it can be enjoyed for years to come. Here are some things to keep in mind:

• DON’T wear your bracelet in water. If it gets wet, dry it quickly.
  
• DO wipe down your jewelry with a soft cotton cloth after wear. 
  
• DON’T wear it while working out, or in extreme heat.
  
• DO store your bracelet in an airtight container after wear.
  
• DON’T apply too much lotion on your skin while wearing.
  
• DO wear your bracelet regularly to help prevent tarnishing.
  

Even though we used high quality silver bar to craft our designs, tarnishing process will still occurs. Sterling silver tarnishes in the presence of common everyday items that contain sulfur, such as leather, rubber, chlorine, and perspiration. Other elements to be mindful of are air pollutants and salt water. Because these substances cannot be completely avoided, it is recommended that sterling silver is cleaned after used. 

Regular wear of your Autumn Enchanted sterling silver can also help prevent tarnishing—we recommend that you enjoy and wear your Autumn Enchanted jewelry every day. When not in use, store your jewelry in an air-tight container or in Autumn Enchanted box.

To remove heavier tarnish, wash your silver jewelry with warm water and mild soap. Never use anything but clean, nub-free cotton or flannel cloth. If more thorough cleaning is required, an authorized jeweler can clean your pieces to restore them to a like-new condition. We recommend having your jewelry professionally cleaned once a year.

Some gemstones are by nature more fragile than others. In general, you can prevent many problems by not exposing gemstones to common elements such as:

• Chlorine
• Household cleaning chemicals
  
• Extreme heat or light
  
• Saltwater
  

All gemstones, including diamonds, can chip, scratch, or abrade under the right circumstances. Avoid wearing rings or bracelets while doing any manual labor, including housework. Jewelry should be taken off before strenuous activity or during times when it might be subjected to sharp blows or excessive friction.

For most gemstones, it is best to clean them using dish-washing soap with water.  However, due to the fragile nature of rubies and emeralds, they should only be cleaned with a dry cotton cloth - diluted dish-washing soap should not be used. 

Never remove rings by pulling on the stone; the prongs or bezel can be damaged causing the stone to loosen or fall out. 

Crystalline gemstones, such as amethyst, blue topaz, citrine, or peridot attract oils and lotions causing them to appear dull. To clean, soak them in a bowl of water with a touch of gentle dish soap. A soft toothbrush may be used to scrub around and behind the stone. Be careful not to use too many forces to prevent loosening of the gemstones. After cleaning, place your jewelry in a strainer and rinse before thoroughly drying with a lint-free cloth.
