The information you provide: We collect various information when you create a profile, place an order, create a registry or take advantage of other programs online or in store. Information we may collect includes: Name, Address (billing and shipping), Zip code, email address, Telephone number(s), Cellular phone number(s), Credit card number(s), Birth date, and Security question answers. Technology-Enabled Collection Services: We collect data when you visit our websites, use our mobile applications, shop in our stores, or interact with our wireless services and other technologies. This information is either automatically collected or is customer initiated.
Transaction Information: Transaction Information includes items purchased and date and time of your transaction, for in-store or online purchases.
When you make a purchase or create a gift registry, we may share information about you and your transaction with other companies necessary to process your transaction or offer you products or services that may be of interest.
Clienteling/Client Book): While in our stores, an Autumn Enchanted sales associate(s) may ask your permission to enter your information into their client book. This is so that the associate can communicate with you on a one-to-one basis about Autumn Enchanted products that may be of interest to you or fulfill orders at your requests. Information sales associates collect includes: Name, Telephone number(s), Email, Credit card number (so transactions may be made on the client's behalf and at your request) and Address (billing and shipping). Information stored in our client book may be accessed and used by other Autumn Enchanted personnel.
Third Parties: We may receive your updated shipping information from a third-party carrier.
We may collect or use the information made available to us through third-party platforms, online databases, and directories, or other means. We specify that data sourced from a third party must be legitimately and legally obtained. Some or all of this information may be governed by the privacy statements of the third party.
We may share information with third parties who provide services to us or who work with us to offer products or services online or in our stores.
We participate in consortiums with partners to share information or match (look alike or similar) customer data. When shared, this information is de-identified or anonymized.

How we use your information: We use personal information in accordance with applicable privacy laws, for the purpose of which it was volunteered.
When you use our services: If you use any of our services, register for or attend one of our events, set up, look at or change your account details or contact a member of our Customer Care team, we will record your personal details. Your information will be used in the first place to provide the products, services or information you have asked for and to provide you with a personalized shopping experience. Saved payment card details will only be shared with our payment partner and not with any other third parties and will only be used to process your order, using our payment partner's systems.

Tracking how our online services are used: We collect, and use third parties to collect and share with us, information from lots of visitors to our online services and analyze it to understand how people use our website which is used to help make improvements. How we may share your information: We may share your information with third-party business partners, engaged by Autumn Enchanted under binding non-disclosure agreements to provide information to us about you, or to collect information on our behalf. We aggregate data to create a holistic view on site traffic, sales, wish lists and other information, which may be shared with third party business partners; however, this information does not include any details that can identify you personally.
The types of third-party business partners may include: (i) data processing companies, mailing houses and other third-party suppliers working on our behalf; (ii) ad-serving agencies and other advertising intermediaries; (iii) credit reference or fraud prevention agencies, which may keep a record of that information; (iv) regulatory bodies, government and enforcement agencies, such as the police.
Every now and again, we receive requests for information from government departments, the police, and other enforcement agencies. If this happens, and there is a proper legal basis for providing your personal information, we will provide it to the organization asking for it.
We may on occasion provide a link to a third-party website. In the unlikely event that the Company or substantially all of its assets are acquired by another company, or due to any merger or reorganization, customer information will be one of the transferred assets. You may obtain upon request a summary of the personal information on record with us. You may also request that we correct any such personal information about you, or dispose of any or all personal information about you. Marketing Opt-in and Opt-out: we offer you the chance to receive communication surrounding our brand, product, and services. We, or a third-party business partner, may ask if would like to receive these types of communication.
You may withdraw your previously provided consent and elect not to receive marketing communications from Autumn Enchanted. If you have established an account or signed up for our email list, you will have an opportunity to opt-out of receiving marketing or promotional emails or other such communications from us by clicking on the “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of the email. In addition, if you no longer wish to receive other marketing communications from us, you may opt out of such communications by sending an email to clientcare@AutumnEnchanted.com. Please note that removal of user information from our database or “opting-out” will not stop marketing or advertising content that is generated for distribution or is otherwise queued for transmission to you prior to the time when we can implement your request. Following receipt of a request from you, we will promptly refrain from sending you marketing communications within the timeframes required by applicable law.
If you establish an account, you may receive certain types of communications even if you have not opted-in to receive them because these types of communications may be necessary in order to maintain an account on the Site.
In-Store Customer Registry: You may join our Customer Registry at our Stores. To join, we ask for your name, postal address, email address and mobile and home telephone numbers. You also may choose to provide us with your birth date and gender. We use this information to be able to uniquely identify your registry and to communicate with you about our products, services, and promotions and for other marketing and customer service purposes.
Updates to this policy: The Company reserves the right at its discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of this privacy policy at any time. You should check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of this Site following the posting will be considered your consent to these changes.
ADDITIONAL DISCLOSURES
California Civil Code Compliance: Section 1798.83 of the California Civil Code permits California residents to request from a business, with whom the California resident has an established business relationship, certain information about the types of personal information the business has shared with third parties for those third parties’ direct marketing purposes and the names and addresses of the third parties with whom the business has shared such information during the immediately preceding calendar year. If you are a California resident, you may make one request each year by contacting customer service per the details at the beginning of the policy, allowing 30 days for a response.
Special Notice for Canadian Users: We may store or process your personal information on servers in jurisdictions outside of Canada, including in the United States of America. While your personal information is in a jurisdiction, it may be accessed by the courts, law enforcement and national security authorities of that jurisdiction, or otherwise, in accordance with the laws applicable in that jurisdiction.
Children’s Privacy: The Children's Online Privacy Protection Act imposes requirements on Web sites that collect personal information about children under 13 years old (for example - name, address, email address, social security number, etc.). Our Site is not directed to children under the age of thirteen, and we will never request or knowingly collect personally identifiable information online from any person under the age of thirteen without verifiable parental consent. If we become aware that a customer is under the age of thirteen and has registered without prior verifiable parental consent, we will remove his or her personally identifiable registration information from our file.
If this policy changes, we will revise this portion of our Notice of Privacy Practices and will comply with the requirements of the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act, which includes providing notice and choice to each child's parent or guardian before collecting any personal information.
International Customer Privacy: To fill international orders, Autumn Enchanted commissions Amazon International Fulfillment Service. Amazon International Fulfillment Service will carefully process your personal information with at least the same level of privacy protection consistent with the former U.S. - EU Safe Harbor Privacy Principles and the U.S. Swiss Safe Harbor Privacy Principles established by the U.S. Department of Commerce.
Our practices are consistent with both the EU and Swiss Safe Harbor Privacy Principles.
